I painted a sort of a trilogy about this boy at the beach. Here he is fishing and has his ball by his side. So you can see from the other painting he did go in and rescue his ball that he has had since childhood. The beach ball features in the other paintings as he grows up. He is enjoying the beach and grows up loving the seaside. This evokes memories of play at the beach when I was young.
Mum used to drive us to the beach in an old EH Holden wagon, 4 kids piled in the back with their beach towels and all excited to go to the surf! This painting would make a great talking point for your visitors.
